A meeting chaired by Al‑Hajj Mawlawi Mohammad Shafiq Mahmood was held with the district heads and field managers of the Emirati Macroryan Maintenance Company.
A meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Mawlawi Mohammad Shafiq Mahmood, the Executive Director of the Emirati Macroryan Maintenance Company, operating under the umbrella of the General Directorate of Emirati Companies, with the participation of the district heads and field managers of the company. During the meeting, the overall situation of the Macroryan areas and the existing challenges in the maintenance process were comprehensively reviewed.During the session, each of the field maintenance heads presented detailed reports on their operational status, needs, and technical and administrative problems. They discussed issues such as the deterioration of infrastructure and the urgent need for reconstruction, shortages of equipment and essential maintenance materials, challenges related to cleaning, waste collection, and wastewater management, difficulties in resident cooperation and adherence to municipal regulations, and the need for stronger coordination between technical, administrative, and field departments.
Mr. Mahmood emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination between field units and the central office, improving urban service management, accelerating responses to residents’ concerns, and establishing a systematic monitoring and evaluation mechanism. He also stressed the preparation of practical and time‑bound solutions to address the identified challenges.
