The Leadership Board meeting of the Emirati Macroryan Maintenance Company was held today under the umbrella of the General Directorate of Emirati Companies, with the participation of leadership members and heads of various departments at the company’s headquarters.

During the meeting, key operational issues were discussed, including the assessment of ongoing activities, improvement of service delivery processes, and planning for future actions. Necessary decisions were made accordingly.

Subsequently, reports from the commercial, technical, financial, and administrative departments were presented. Existing challenges and practical solutions were reviewed, and emphasis was placed on accelerating projects, enhancing service quality, and strengthening coordination among departments.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Leadership Board issued the required directives and instructed all departments to present their progress reports in the next session.
