The opening ceremony of the MRMS-MIS of the Macroryan Repairing &Maintenance Enterprise was held!

The Macroryan Information System project, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan , was officially inaugurated on 11/6/1445. The honorable Mr. Malawi Abdullah Muslim, the General Director of the Macroryan Repairing &Maintenance Enterprise, and Mr. Abdulhamid Akhundzadeh, the General Director of state-owned companies at the Ministry of Finance of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan , along with esteemed deputies, officers, and managers of the company, attended the event.

The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Mr. Mawlawi Abdullah Muslim emphasized in his speech that modernizing the company's administration system is our top priority. The administrative system of the Macroryan Repairing &Maintenance must be transformed into an digital system. He expressed regret that no progress had been made in this regard over the years. However, serious efforts are currently underway to systematize the company, and we are determined to implement the principles of e-governance.

Then, Mr. Abdulhamid Akhundzadeh, the General Director of State-owned Companies at the Ministry of Finance, invoked the blessings of the Almighty for the success in serving the people. He stated that officials should acquire awareness and act accordingly. He added that many opportunities have been missed, and we should not be negligent anymore. We must serve the people responsibly, along with wisdom and awareness.

Subsequently, Professor Abdul Rahman Safi, the Head of Coherence and Quality Assurance at the Ministry of Telecommunications, mentioned that this system plays a fundamental and essential role in enhancing the capacity of the aforementioned department. All administrative tasks have been digitized, and employees are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to carry out their duties efficiently. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the security and protection of the system are ensured by the technical and professional team of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology.

It is worth noting that the Macroryan Information System has been developed by the collaborative efforts of the Information Technology Division of the Government Company for the Protection and Conservation of Cultural Heritage, in cooperation with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology, taking into account the administrative needs of the company. With the implementation of this system, transparency, speed, improvement, and quality are introduced into the company's daily operations. The system has been built according to internationally accepted standards and state-of-the-art technology.

The project development team was praised by the General Director of the Macroryan Repairing &Maintenance Enterprise  Heritage and the General Director of State-owned Companies of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for their delayed efforts in creating this project.
