Achievements and works of the engineering and repair department of the company!
The Directorate of Engineering and Repairs is managed under the honorable management of Engineer Navid Hamdard. This Directorate has three professional engineers and 17 technical workers in its administrative organization. The Directorate of Engineering and Repairs together with its professional and technical team has been able to provide impressive services in various construction sectors in the fiscal year 1401.
1: Survey, stabilization of the shops and numbering of Makrorian shops (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd A, and 4th), which caused all the Makrovarian shops owned by the macro Ryan repairing & maintenance enterprise to be assigned specific numbers. that the revenue collection departments can collect the rent of these shops in a better and transparent way.
2: Reconstruction of the company's office repairs that had been left untouched for a long time. This authority, in cooperation with the company's technical team, was able to carry out more than 70% of the company's administrative repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and other construction works by the technical staff of this office.
3: The survey of the apartments that had not been repaired for a long time, after surveying and stabilizing them, the facilities and construction team started to renovate them.
4: Apartments that had lawsuits and the opinion of the Department of Engineering and Repairs were needed in the implementation of their documents, their cases were received on time, the number of which reaches more than 500 cases, their problems were solved and so on. The relevant departments were sent for further actions.
5: In Makrorian areas and related projects, a number of vehicle parking lots had been usurped by the powerful and other residents of Makrorian. After the survey, stabilization and administrative procedures, the Directorate of Engineering and Repairs sent these parking lots to the tender process. which are currently considered a good source of income for the company.
6: Construction of a Mihrab of the Mosque in the courtyard of the company mansion and the conference hall for the official meetings of the Makrorian repairing & maintenance enterprises.
7: Creation of manholes in the heating center pipeline path of heating center 1-2, which by creating these manholes has made it easy to see the pipes of the heating center damaged by environmental conditions in order to repair the damaged pipes.
8: Design and construction of commercial markets with metal booths, the best example of this commercial markets are atifaq market in first makroryan
9: According to the request of the relevant departments of Skij Meterage and Kroki Commercial and residential blocks, that want to connect their sewage to the sewage of the makroryans . that the sewerage system of (Azizi Plaza, Kabul Tower, Khalilzai Lajord blocks, Amka Shahrak blocks) has been scaled and measured by this department. In fact, their sewerage system is connected to the makroryans sewerage system, which is a good source of income for the company.
10: First, the design and estimation of Makrorian's perimeter wall and Makrorian's lighting system were finished and after the approval of the head office, it was shared with Makrorian's lawyers. This has made the people of Makrorian happy. And all respected lawyers supported this work. After finding a donor for this project, its practical work will begin.
Future plans
1: Equipping Makrorians and related projects with the Light system, which plays an important role for the beauty and security of Makrorians. It should not be left unsaid that the design work of Makrorian's lighten system is finished and soon this project will start with the cooperation of foreign and domestic donors.
