Summary of the IT department activity

IT Director of the MRMC Honorable Mohammad Mudassar Javad who was talking about the activities and functions of that administration in the reporting program, said according job description and work has done the following activity:

1. Creating a network equipped in the central office of the MRMC and we are working on plane to connected all brunches in future.  

２. Creating a security camera system or (CCTV) through which all the important parts and desired areas are under control and supervision, and in the future we have plan to expand the areas of installing cameras.

 3. With the cooperation of the Honorable Ministry of Telecommunications, the work on the digitalization system has started, and in the first step, all the central branches of the company have been connected with electronic presence, and in the next step, they will be connected to the networks. The work on the HRMIS system has been completed and it will soon be activated in this department, and the activation of the MRMC and MIS departments is still going on, so that the survey has been completed and entrusted to the technical team of the honorable Ministry of Telecommunications.

 Also about the achievements of this department, he said that this department has stablish training courses for the MRMC employees to learn, how to use this system correctly. He added that the company's website, which was Down since few year, has been reactivated by this department, and now all citizens can visit it and send their problems and ideas to this office via email.

Recently, he said that this department intends to connect all the field branches of this company with the central attendance system of the directorate so that the company can monitor its employees properly and accurately.
